New years resolution

In the new year i would like to eat healthier because I would like to be in shape for sports. Often i eat, not a lot but i would say more junk food than i should because it is in my house. Staring now I would like to start eating more fruits and vegetables to make myself healthier, also eating less sweets. Soon i will ask my mother to stop buying as much junk because it will help me eat better. I would also like to have more will power to stop being a follower when everyone else is eating junk i would like to be strong enough not to and just grab a carrot stick. Personally i think eating healthy is the main way to ay healthy and happy.
